When life itself is disciplined, self‑care is already done.

How do you make time for self-care?

Self‑care means maintaining both physical and mental well‑being.

The phrase “make time” may suit presidents, directors, or CEOs whose schedules are packed with targets, duties, and responsibilities.

For me, it is not something separate—it is woven into my daily rhythm. Eating healthy, engaging in physical work that sustains fitness, and keeping discipline in routine naturally provide self‑care.

As a self‑employed person in agriculture, my day already includes these practices.

Self‑care is not an extra task—it is a way of living.
