Here’s my simple advice that can become the best:
It is not necessary that everything will always happen as your mind wishes. Calm it, and convince it that you cannot control circumstances beyond your capacity.
Order the mind to be with practical developments and leave behind unrealistic dreams.
Peace of mind grows when you stop arguing with reality.
