Have you ever reached the stage where you’re done with people in general, just absolutely done with them and can no longer be bothered trying to work out their actions and words?

Answer

YES.

Time and again, I have met those oversmart personalities—quick with their tricks, shallow in their words.

My response was simple: a knowing glance, a tricky smile, and a fast bye-bye.
