#09c — Balancing the Forces that Shape Normal Life.

This is for you, Human in Early Adulthood!
As you enter Early Adulthood, you carry a basket of packages containing instructions and guidelines to help you pass these valuable years in the most successful way.
Your guiding life‑mantra is vigilance toward the crucial entity of human existence—the Mind. It works in three forms: conscious, subconscious, and unconscious. Each requires care, attention, and balance as you move through life’s activities. As Freud observed, the Ego stands between these forms of the Mind, often interfering with their balance.

Know the following reasons and learn the art of harmonizing Mind, Ego, “I,” and attending the alerts from your Soul.
- Your conscious mind knows the rules, but it is easily distracted and pulled away by impulses.
- Your subconscious mind carries habits and hidden drives that resist change, making discipline fragile.
- Your Ego struggles to balance desire, conscience, and reality. Under pressure, it bends, and you lose consistency.
- Your “I” insists on autonomy, sometimes rejecting discipline simply because it feels imposed.
- Your Soul whispers subtle signals, but if you ignore them, you miss the deeper alignment that steadies your path.
This clash makes it difficult to live by guidance, even when it is clear. Discipline fails not from lack of knowledge, but from the absence of harmony among Mind, Ego, “I,” and Soul. Only when you learn this art will discipline become practice, and practice become the flow of life.

You will also receive alerts from your Soul and messages from the universal superpower as you journey forward. You should consider them and reflect. When discipline slips, you may confess—not by going to a church, but by standing before a mirror. This act of honest reflection will help you resume the right track.
You are now set to move forward into Early Adulthood.
