Avoiding Excessive Thinking!
If we are to live our life normally and ( if possible) happily, our Mind must be taken care of, for it’s smooth functioning!
Many times we meet situations, where, we are thinking contantly. This is called as Excessive Thinking, which must be avoided.
Stopping excessive thinking, about Negative outcomes (past/future ) is called Breaking the Pattern! We should not forget to enjoy, Positive outcomes!
Being Happy, for past and present and being excited for future, can replace, being sad or worried for unwanted past/future outcomes!
