Frame and  Hammer: To Change on  Experiences  Is a Tough Task!

Do you think we’re shaped more by our experiences or by who we are? The majority of people are shaped  more by who they are. Family and  cultural influences during childhood, teenage years, and early adulthood  form patterns that merge deeply with mind and body. Later experiences  may come, but they rarely  change  these  ingrained behaviors. To change when situations demand it  requires strong mental capacity—a rare but powerful quality. Yet there are a few who stand apart. With  strict discipline and adaptability, they can  reshape their views and beliefs when  confronted with opposite experiences. We are molded early, yet tested later.  Nature sets the frame, but experience  strikes the hammer. Only those with  discipline and strength can reshape the  iron when life demands. 🌝 (Image source : Pixabay.)
