Someone once said:
Do not neglect the dreams you experience. Some reveal your mental state — the parts of yourself you may have been reluctant to notice and work on.
On reflection, I found the message to mean:
Dreams are not always illusions. At times, they are mirrors of the mind, showing us what we avoid in waking life.
They can expose hidden worries, unspoken desires, or neglected truths. To dismiss them entirely is to ignore a quiet messenger.
The discipline of clarity is to listen — not to every dream as prophecy, but to those that reflect our inner state. In them lies a chance to recognize what we resist, and to begin the work of balance.
