Body, Mind, and Atmosphere.

What do you do to improve your sleep?

Body practices: I follow strict meal timing—taking my night meal before sunset, maintaining regular bodily routines, and allowing occasional rest with closed eyes during the day.

Mind practices: I avoid conflicts through “speak less, listen more” discipline, complete daily work before closing hours, and place my mind in a DND mode—mental relaxation—before entering the bedroom.

Environment discipline: I Keep the bedroom illuminated with soft light, ventilated nicely, quiet, and cool that supports natural sleep rhythms.

Strict adherence to bed timings: I never miss the discipline of going to bed and waking up at early hours before sunrise, which maintains consistency in the sleep schedule.
