Advice to Someone Younger.

What’s the best advice you’d give to someone younger than you?

Study and understand your mind, and learn to listen carefully to your body.

Avoid haste, for patience brings clarity, and do not jump to conclusions.

Speak less and listen more, for wisdom often comes in silence.

Time is precious—make use of every minute with purpose.

Be kind, and give love to be loved, for relationships are the soul’s true wealth.

Above all, remember that you are the creator of your life. Discipline, kindness, and time together shape the life you create.
