Curious Minds.

Someone asked me this question.

Why do some people seem always angry and want to make other people on edge all the time?

Answer

Some people seem always angry because they carry rigid expectations of others.

When reality fails to match those expectations, frustration turns outward, and they project their unrest by keeping others on edge.

Their anger is less about others’ actions and more about their own unmet demands.
