#03 First Breath of Growth.
Your first cry is the announcement of your arrival into the world of lives.
It is also the beginning of breath—the rhythm that will carry you forward.
You drink the jeevanamrit through your mother’s breast, and when hunger is stilled, you rest. This simple rhythm—breathing, feeding, and sleeping—drives the swift growth of your organs, shaping you into a graceful body form.

Your senses awaken: sight, hearing, touch, taste, and smell. They guide your flashing smiles, spontaneous gestures, and the dance of your hands.
You recognize your mother’s touch, and in its absence you grow restless.
You learn naturally—balancing your neck and head, turning on your stomach, crawling, and finally standing on your feet. Each step fulfills your mother, giving her life its greatest satisfaction.
Breath, touch, and gesture are your first rituals, and in them the world begins to recognize you as its own.

This is you, dear Human!
